Diamond paste is made of high-quality diamond powder as abrasive and mixed with a paste binder. It is a soft abrasive tool. Diamond grinding paste can be divided into two categories: oil-soluble diamond paste and water-soluble daimond paste according to the different diluents used in the grinding paste. Although they have the same grinding methods, the grinding effect and processing objects are different.

 
Product usage:
This diamond paste is often used  for fine grinding and polishing of some high-precision, high-surface finish components, such as metallographic specimens, gem bearings, aircraft high-precision hydraulic transmission parts, internal combustion engine parts, precision instrument components, radar equipment, diamonds, carbides, optical glass, special ceramics, silicon, jade, agate, crystal, jade, etc. High-finish workpiece grinding, polishing processing.

Applicable models: grinding disc

Recommended matching tools: cowhide ring; wool grinding head; yellow cloth wheel; wool wheel.

Note for usage:

1. When using diamond grinding paste, adding a small amount of mineral oil or water can improve the polishing effect, it cannot be used directly without oil or water, otherwise the high temperature and friction generated by the grinding paste powder will cause damage to the grinding cloth or grinding head, and even cause oxidation or burns on the workpiece surface.

2. When polishing, the processing temperature and the amount of cutting fluid should be controlled to avoid excessive temperature or insufficient cutting fluid, which may cause thermal expansion, deformation, peeling of the surface and loose layer of the workpiece.
